Sun Powered Queensland Summit: Communities For A Clean Energy Future

From the bush to the city, Queenslanders from all walks of life are working together to move our state into the clean, renewable energy future. This event will bring together community groups, businesses, workers and experts from across Queensland - and interstate - to share stories, hear different perspectives and learn from one another.

All Queenslanders should be able to power their lives with clean, renewable energy. Presenters will outline their vision for what the next Queensland Government must do to look after communities, create jobs, cut pollution and make Queensland the Sun Powered state.

Who should attend:

  • Community organisations with an interest in energy policy, renewables, community development, social justice, or climate change

  • Businesses and industry groups with an interest in renewables; energy industry workers;

  • Government staff, local councils, academics and experts who engage with the community on renewable energy.
